The Menu (prices as at Feb. 2008; subject to change without notice)

From starters to desserts, go to whoa!, Glory aims to please. Set Breakfasts from light Continental to the awesome Outback (no Drover's here!), or choose from the menu. Snacks of French Fries, Hamburgers and the legendary Aussie jaffle; the generous serves are ideal for kids and great for the budget. Fresh juices, lassis & shakes, and a range of teas and coffees to slake the thirst

Start your Glory dining experience with appetizers such as spring rolls or savoury pancakes, or Clam Broth, our signature soup. Sweet and Sours, Fried Chap Chay and Special Fried Rice are all light courses, and the abundant Nasi Campur Bali is the king of our rice dishes.

In Bali, seafood is tops; reef fish, blue-fin tuna, shrimps, prawns, scampi, squid & lobster. We present them in a variety of popular ways from simple Fish'n'Chips to fillets & steaks (first in Kuta) to the over-flowing Fisherman's Basket; more exotic dishes are Seafood Curry and Fish in Banana Leaf. Surpassing all are Glory's Bouillabaisse and the fabulous Seafood Platter – Neptune's Feast, indeed!

Glory's Garden Grill is our pride; from here come our famous sirloins, T-bones and pork ribs. We proudly serve only Bali beef – stabled, hand fed and selected. American-style ribs come in three sizes with a choice of three zesty sauces/bastings – only the ravenous should attempt to go solo on the jumbo rack. Satays are one of our traditional Indonesian offerings, and tender chicken comes in several tasty recipes.

Desserts include delicate pancakes, our unique Mango Mousse (sorbet style) and flaming Pineapple Boat, and kids' delights of Nut Sundae and Banana Split.

Sunday lunch presentation of a buffet of Balinese Home Cooking is a rare opportunity to sample some of the many dishes prepared in Balinese homes. The variety is surprising and the flavours both subtle and powerful; this is explained by the very complex sauces essential to each dish - fundamental pastes made from many spices include as many as three different gingers patiently ground by hand in a stone pestle and mortar. We stress that these dishes are authentic Balinese as served in the home, not westernised versions dressed up for a la carte service. Some may not be to western tastes but only by trying can the fascinating piquancy of the flavours be appreciated.

Selamat Makan
